A Choose Life license plate bill has been submitted in the 2017 legislative session by Senator Patrick Colbeck along with Senators Hansen, Jones, Pavlov, Robertson, Booher, Macgregor, Zorn, Marleau, Green. Proos, Nofs, Knollenberg & Emmons. SB 163 has been referred to the Committee on Transportation.
The bill would authorize the funds raised to be distributed to eligible nonprofit organizations and expended on projects that promote life-affirming choices.
